NALIA designs and services are not in partnership with any organizations. All of our designs are "Inspired by" historical colors, events, names, slangs, styles, fashions, chants, logos, and symbols used by each organization. We only create product that represent the positive aspect of each organization.

ETHICS

NALIA will never design any products that devalues the image of any organization. We take great measures to only use accurate data and historical information that is consistent with facts.

SALES TAX

NALIA charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

In stock items: 7-10 business days 

Pre-order items: 2-4 weeks

Made-to-order/Custom Items: 8-10 weeks

$3.50 packaging and handling fee included

Overnight Shipment: $35 Standard (Rates may vary)

RETURNS

Refunds are only issued on products that are damaged items (unworn). Store credits are issued on all orders within 14 days of purchase.  Items being returned or exchanged due to irregularity in size or defective product, a return mailing label will be emailed to you. We only use FedEx for our return shipment. Drop off the item to be returned at your local FedEx shipping carrier.

By accessing and using the NALIA website (including registering on the website or purchasing items through our website), or by submitting a customer information card at a NALIA store, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in this privacy policy. NALIA reserves the right occasionally to make changes to our privacy policy or practices. We will post the updated policy on our website, and thus we encourage you to review this page from time to time, particularly each time you use our online shop.

NALIA  recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of personal and financial information. We have instituted reasonable policies and security measures to protect the information you provide to us. When you register online with NALIA, use our online store, or choose to fill out and submit one of our customer information cards when visiting a NALIA store, you give us your consent to process and use such submitted personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.

This privacy policy applies to all protected personal information collected, maintained or used by NALIA.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom designs are non-refundable. Orders may be delayed may uncontrollable events not caused by NALIA. If they are, you will be notified within 7 days of the delivery date. In the event that a order is delayed due manufacturing, shipping, or customs we will contact you to discuss other alternatives that may exist or to reschedule another delivery date once received from the production or delivery agent.

If the delay is caused due to error by NALIA we will gladly offer you a discount off your next purchase, and/or offer other complimentary gifts while you wait for your order to arrive. 

If your order arrives more that 21 days late. We will gladly refund your order. 

NALIA accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but will be authorized for $0.00 or $1.00 for verification purposes.

DESIGN MODIFICATIONS

NALIA will often times make design changes to a made-to -order/custom item due to unforeseen events such as material shortages, dye inaccuracies, application difficulties, color combination errors, or any instance that may contribute to NALIA creating the best quality product . The client will always be notified when a design modification is necessary.
